I am a single parent I know how hard it was with 2 teenagers at home studying for GCSEs and level 3 College courses. My Office became a school education room. My kitchen table became a photography studio for my daughter.

Make a planner of creating one on Canva or you can purchase templates on Etsy. You could use a daily planner a weekly one or a monthly planner with daily tasks. Whatever works best for you. I personally find a visual schedule may work better than one on your PC Tablet or Phone.

Plan Break Times Lunch Times schedule in GP appointments and School/College appointments. Any zoom meetings you may have and deadlines to reach. Find ways to Unwind.
